Our Lucid Signage Solutions (LSS) division focuses on signage and branding program management, offering permitting assistance, vendor oversight, and compliance solutions for businesses undergoing rebranding or new signage installations. Meanwhile, our Construction & Project Management division provides critical oversight for commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
Founded by Eric Ukpaka, Sr. and Rochelle D. Ukpaka, E and R Resources brings decades of industry experience to the table. Eric, a seasoned procurement and project management expert, has overseen multi-million-dollar branding and construction initiatives, including managing signage programs for 6,600+ JPMorgan Chase locations. Rochelle, a veteran in banking operations and compliance, ensures process efficiency, financial oversight, and regulatory adherence across all projects.
