At E & R Resources, we believe families deserve safe, affordable spaces to reconnect—especially during court-appointed or structured visitation weekends. That’s why we’re developing a Tiny Home Community dedicated to supporting parents and children who lack reliable housing during these moments.

This thoughtfully planned community will offer:

✅ Comfortable, well-maintained micro homes with amenities that support short- to mid-term family stays.
✅ Safe and secure environments, with tenant screening conducted in partnership with local agencies to ensure trust and accountability.
✅ Affordable rental options offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with a small deposit to reserve units.

Our Impact Goal:
To remove housing as a barrier to family bonding, empowering parents and children to focus on what matters most—time together.

📍 Phase 1 – Land Acquisition & Zoning

The first step in building a thriving Tiny Home Community starts with securing the right location. We’re focused on identifying property in the DFW Metroplex or nearby high-growth areas with access to transportation, schools, and services that support families.

Here’s how we’re moving forward:

✅ Strategic Site Selection – Targeting land parcels that offer accessibility, infrastructure compatibility, and proximity to supportive services.
✅ Zoning & Regulatory Review – Conducting in-depth research to ensure zoning compliance for tiny home developments and multi-use community zoning allowances.
✅ Municipal Engagement – Collaborating with city planners, housing authorities, and local stakeholders to obtain necessary permits, variances, and long-term support.

We believe successful community development starts with proactive planning, transparency, and strong local partnerships.
